Cancellation Policy

Upon booking your reservation, you will be charged 1/2 your stay. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 45 days prior to your check-in date. If you cancel prior to 45 days of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full less a $20.00 administration fee. If you cancel less than 45 days prior to your check-in date, there is no refund.

If you cancel less than 72 hours in advance of your reservation or do not show for your reservation, you will be charged your entire stay unless we can fill your cabin.

We are a small resort and cancellations have a large impact. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
